From a very young age I have been curious about Psychology, Philosophy, Energy healing, Spirituality and a variety of methods that have enabled me to find meaning in pain and the transformation of it into  healing and Spiritual growth. 

I honor the inspiration I got from my mother who was one of the first psychoanalysts in Mexico, which is why I grew up under the conviction of the need and importance of self-awareness.

I have a degree in Media & Communication,  with a major in Film production and Advertising. This led me to the privilege of working with actor Anthony Quinn, a Great Master of Life!

CAREER

My experience from the beginning

As a patient, I experimented with many kinds of therapies.  A personal crisis led me to understand that in order to heal, I needed more than  conventional Psychotherapy, I longed for a model that included a Spiritual Path.

This is how I studied and practiced many traditions such as:

Sufism, Kabbalah, Shamanism, Shaivism, Taoism, Buddhism, Alchemy, Christianism.

With the desire to find answers, transform my life, get to know my essence and be able to share my findings, I deepened my studies in different models:

Psychoanalysis, Bioenergetics, Core Energetics, Gestalt, Family Constellations, Brennan Healing Science, IFS and CI (Compassionate Inquiry).

INTEGRATING THE EXPERIENCE

I have finally come to the understanding that the IFS Model mostly integrates everything that I have learned and experienced throughout my life both as a client and as a therapist.

IFS has taught me that with compassionate curiosity and respect, each client can find his/her own personal healing and growth by accessing and understanding their internal wounded and protected parts.

In each session, the client has the opportunity to create space between the SELF and the parts that form their personal system in order to experience their true essence or SELF.

All suffering is born out of the idea of separation

Reconnecting with our essence and recognizing our inner parts is what helps us to live in acceptance, presence and peace.
